This is a Basic Page
Use this page type to create content pages that include text and pictures. When you create a new Basic page, SharePoint displays the Rich Text Editor so you can add content.
After you Save the content, SharePoint displays the new page. Later, you can click Edit Content to change the text or add links or plictures.
